How to place an order:
Shop online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Payment Options:
eVenzi accepts all major credit cards including, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Due to the large volume of orders that we process each day, and the ever-growing threat of fraud and identity theft, we may ask that you verify your order with us over the phone.. Please allow 24-72 hours for verification and processing on all orders. eVenzi may need to allow 5-7 business days for funds to clear. Please take this into account when placing an order. If you requirements are more time- sensitive, we suggest expedited shipping.
Fraud Prevention/Verification:
All orders are subject to verification before being billed/shipped. This is to ensure that you are getting exactly what you ordered, and that the payment method you have selected is valid and secure. For your security, we may contact you via phone/email for additional information. If you have selected a different Bill To/Ship To address, we must verify the order for fraudulent activity. This is our security policy, and it is enforced for your protection and peace of mind. Be sure to enter all of your information correctly and accurately, discrepancies can also hold up the order verification process. If you have a different Bill To/Ship To, make sure that your banking institution knows about the shipping address. This will not change your existing billing information, but it will help expedite the verifications process.
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will be directed to a confirmation page with all of your order information, as well as an order number. If you did not see an order confirmation page, there may have been a break in communication between your computer and our network. This does not mean that the order was not received. However, we recommend that you contact customer support at
support@eVenzi.co.uk to verify that your order has been received. You will also receive order confirmation via email. We will send you several updates on your order, so a valid email address is required.
Email Confirmation:
a. Once order has been received from our website.
b. Once the order has been successfully billed and is being prepared for shipping.
c. Final email to confirm tracking information.
Please note that we will not use your personal information for any reason other than completing your purchase. We will use your email to contact you regarding your order, or in the event of a query. In addition, please be sure to turn off your spam filter and/or add the sending address 'eVenzi.co.uk' to your safe senders list.
Order Processing Time:
Each order must be credit approved and transmitted to the shipping warehouse before the cutoff time of that warehouse location. Same-day shipping cutoff times vary by warehouse location and may range from 8:00pm GMT to as late as 04:00pm GMT the following day. If you need further verification regarding your order, please e-mail us at
support@eVenzi.co.uk Orders placed and/or credit approved later than the applicable warehouse cutoff time will ship the next business day. Orders placed and credit approved anytime Sunday for in-stock items will ship on the following Monday. We currently provide no price protection after a purchase has been made.
Order Status and Tracking Information:
You can check the status of your order on our website at anytime. You may also contact our Customer Support at
support@eVenzi.co.uk for order status information. eVenzi is not responsible for any delays cause by affiliated shipping carriers, please be aware that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. All packages are inspected for damages before they ship from our warehouse.
Backorders:
We display availability on each product on our website. If an item you ordered is not in stock, we will ship the rest of your order and backorder the item that is not in stock. It will be shipped as soon as we have the product in stock, unless you are notified otherwise. You can always cancel the backorder for a full credit. Contact Customer Support at
support@eVenzi.co.uk for more Assistance in this matter. Sometimes an item is discovered to be out of stock due to a discrepancy in our inventory system. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible after we become aware of it. We will ship the backordered item as soon as it comes into stock. If it becomes unavailable to us, we will notify you via email and issue a full credit for the backordered item, unless you specify otherwise.
Order Acceptance and Limitations:
eVenzi reserves the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than quantity ordered at any time. We also reserve the right to limit quantity per household or per order. We will notify you, of course, if we are not able to fulfill your order to your exact specifications.
Pricing:
We endeavor to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, eVenzi shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We will notify you in such a case. eVenzi shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, eVenzi shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that it may take 24 hours for shopping comparison and affiliate sites to update pricing on their end. Please note that due to the ever changing dynamic of the industry, we cannot offer price protection at this time.

Total charges will include precisely what is indicated on our web site. It will comprise of the items ordered, plus shipping & handling based on shipping location.

Due to our ever expanding inventory, and certain manufacturer's restrictions, we are often unable to list all the merchandise and choices of different brands we have available.
